As we consider ourselves to be your dedicated partner, we are doing everything we can to help keep the teaching and learning process going on.
Over the last few weeks, we have added significant investment and resources to accommodate this increased usage. However, specific use cases have put a strain on a few modules of the system and caused some service interruptions. For us, it is not an acceptable situation, especially during these times. Our goal is to make sure that all of Edunation’s functionalities remain available for all users.
Here are some of the steps that we are taking to address these issues:
- Tripled network capacity to account for much larger volumes – Sunday, March 15, and Monday, March 23.
- Increased monitoring, explicitly looking for areas of the system that are causing performance degradation.
- During peak usage periods throughout the day, we are turning off specific resource-intensive processes that have minimal impact on our users.
- We’ve Implementing specific throttles that allow us to mitigate potential performance issues in certain features quickly.
We will continue to communicate with you as we get new updates, and we appreciate all of your support as we scale up our service to support all of the customers during these times. Please also check status.edu-nation.net for the latest information and updates.
